In an attempt to lure searches away from Google, Microsoft is launching its Live.com search engine tomorrow. The core of the service is a set of 18 new vertical search offerings that will give users cash back on any purchases made from advertisers.

Live.com is partially based on technology developed by Jellyfish, and a number of high profile e-commerce sites are participating in the early stages of the program, which has been dubbed “Live Search Cashback”.
