Amadeus logoThe Amadeus SMS Solution in partnership with GTS Interactive allows travel agents all over the world to communicate with their customers via SMS, providing that the originating telecom support the SMS tool.  Customers are assured that their cell phone numbers will remain confidential and no additional advertising will be attached to the text messages. 

The SMS Solution will be rolled out in Asia first, starting with Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

Amadeus is currently developing additional features to enable travel agencies the means to offer travel customers enhanced information, such as location based navigation, personalised and rich text SMS capabilities, as well as mobile GDS booking services.
